Close but not quite scouser.

You got the post in on the second minute of the second hour of the second month ...that's all fine.

But this sure ain't the start of the second millennium. The second millennium started on Jan 1, 1001. So the year 2000 is the last year of the 2nd millennium, though lots of people think it's the start of the third millennium.
