Steve,
waiting for you to raise that softbank target! unless, of course, you rate it a sell.

STEVE - ISLD is about to go on their roadshow with Goldman and Merrill Lynch - both firms do not currently cover the stock from a research standpoint and you can be sure they will soon...can ISLD/Sandpiper compete with an AKAMAI?? If they can tell their story on the road, there is a HUGE valuation gap between the two...what do you think of ISLD now that it has Sandpiper?

Hello Steve..

Between you and George Gilder, I'm going to stick with G.G.
No offense.

In 1998, the top 10 Internet stocks Steve Harmon selected as worth watching ended the year up 312 percent! Can Steve Harmon repeat this feat for a 2nd straight year?

One of the companies George has an interest in was up 1657% for me. :) The company is in the business of providing the multi-channel distribution of digital content and hardware micro-chip machinery based encryption for security and privacy for e-commerce. Wish me luck!

Your friend,
Marty

I'm curious as to your updated opinion on SCOC? Are you still high on it? Rumor has it they will be releasing an update of Tarantella at the end of February, but the stock price has lagged in the high teens. I've got a big options position on it, (the July 20s are only 5!) so I'm curious as to your thoughts on it.

Steve,

Your thoughts on BYND would surely be appreciated. Is it a steal at its current level. It was one of your high flying 98 picks that for various reasons has fallen on hard times. Thanks for your time in advance.

Steve, your thoughts on Global Light Telecom (AMEX:GBT). Believe it or not, but GBT seems to be emerging as a telecom incubator. GBT owns stakes in the following companies:

netrue.com - IP telephony equipment.

hgptelecom.com - which, in turn, owns a stake in Vine Telecom (intends to be a pan-European CLEC with a focus on relatively uncrowded 2nd tier markets, Vitacom Corp (http://www.vitacom.com), and North American Gateway (http://www.nag.ca/index2.htm), DataMax, Cyberlight, and Axxon Telecom.

bestel.com - fiber network in Mexico.

The only other telecom incubator that I have ever heard of was BCE, the old Bell Canada (which of coarse spun off some company called Nortel). Is GBT another great backdoor play like BCE, RSAS, UCOMA, OMC, were back in the day?

As always, I appreciate your time and look forward to your hearing your opinion.

-Adam

Steve, I was searching your VC guide for venture capital firms (e-harmon.com), looking for venture capital partners in Latin America, but couldn't find one.
Can you please submit some names and contacts.?

Thanks in advance
