Thanks for that article on Furukawa. It explains why they had to sell. This sort of selling should not pressure a stock much as it is not selling by the CEO or other officers higher up.
In addition, i read yesterday that Furukawa has no representation on the JDSU board.

From this point forward, the effects should be very minimal on the JDSU stock.
