>>It appears that the market is setting up for another AG & company rally. <<

Setting up? The last two days looked like a rally to me.

Chris, You may be right or this could be a misdirection to allow the institutions to exit at the idiots' expense. TBH is definitely up a lot. TMX is not.

MU has already been a decent winner. Rambus is moving toward second third territory. Dell is a dead duck. As is IBM. Puts on any rally on those two are dead bang, though the Dell eps announcement could cause a minor pop as they miraculously beat the number they set a week ago. <g> I would wait for Solectron to come back before buying more puts on it. I have just sold my rolled down puts and have an octagon <g> on that stock. Ciena is also finally coming back into range and I have been slaughtering the put sellers on it so far this last quarter. I still like calls on the Euro and the Swissie, but have not been rewarded there lately. Intel over $100 is death on a stick.

Short rates will zoom if AG wimps out with 25 basis points, which I expect. Long rates are not as certain.
