Lets see if we can figure this mumbo jumbo out.......according to the latest 8-k.... ANDR owned 50% of Telgar already.....and the officers ogf TELGAR owned 22% of Telgar already......and Telgar owned only 6% of IAS, which is basically nothing that already failed once with the City of Moscow which defaulted on a previous deal.

Telgar was valued at 85K just before this investment by ANDR,, in which ANDR ..puts up all its remaining cash for a total of 4 million bucks.... The acct recievables of 500K..are basically used as an excuse to add more shares to the pier by ..elimintaing what we already know is bad debt./..

so out of 350,000,000 deal 100 Million is a loan which hasnt happened yet.....66 million is spaced out over 4 years of which ANDR onl7y has pledged 3 million..

we are using 3 million bucks to talk about a 350 million dollar einvestment in a network that doesnt appear to exist ..yet..

and they expext maximum revenues of 84,000 bucks a month ..over the next 12 months........

Wow ...gee whiz this deal looks prettyt good to the two insiders ....and it doesnt look like anyone else gets squat................

Sorry to pop bubbles but this is one fart bubble that stinks to high hell...
