hey, near-term Canadian approval is just fine with me !

> There was no sense of 'IF' but rather only of 'WHEN'.

is there anyone on this thread that thinks differently?

off topic:
i've loaded up on LOCH (Loch-Harris , nasdaq) today
now around $1.70, trading range is from 99 cents to $2.00.
it's now my 3rd biggest holding, behind DMX and CIC.
originally i bought them for their 3 year agreement with lucent. however, something came out of left field...
and i first thought it was hokey, but the impact of
it has really hit me the last couple of days.

they developed an accurate landmine detector. they
demonstrated it for the GAO last week, a perfect test,
and are testing it in croatia on february 11th. the
GAO test was the 2nd demonstration, the 1st demonstration
also had a perfect score (detected 16/16 buried landmines
for the GAO, i think 12/12 in their first test). multiple
governments are interested in it, there's over 1 million
landmines estimated in croatia alone.

it trades millions of shares everyday. i'm holding out
for the inevitable GAO report due to congress in
march time frame, a recommendation for this
product for u.s. armed services, and expecting double digits
after the report. should be very sweeeet. between
DMX and LOCH, i expect one to break $100,000 in my
account by the summer. (i only bought 100 shares of
CIC, :( ).

i also took a small position in ABSC, i don't know
if 2000 is the year for them or not, maybe not til 2001
or 2002, but has gone from 10 to 50 since december.
fascinating company, they screen 100s of thousands
of compounds that could become a drug...$50 million
contract with merck, and their customer list is most
big pharmaceuticals.

there are SI threads on both LOCH and ABSC. i'm
a long term DMX holder and just wanted to
give back to all you that have helped me so much.

James,

Thanks for that great overview, I missed it.

Market seems to like something today.

Again, they're doing what they said. They realize
this is a time for more exposure and here it is.

I wish I'd seen it.

Jim,

I just listened to the interview. Some notes to add to yours:

Re: FDA submission - We're working very closely with J&J ... to expedite the process using their expertise.

Re: J&J agreement - which we expect to complete in the near term

Other:

Hoping to finalize the choice of partner in the E.U. very quickly.

... on the eve of an investment thrust into the U.S.

5 billion dollar market. Even if we just get the 5% who can't take any pills we'll do very very well.

Good to hear from you again JimBo and thanks for the piece on ROBTV. We don't get that here in the north woods. Also my thanks as well to Mike, Wolf, Dave, Mark, Tom & Jeff (the long time faithful). I've been off line most of the past few days with little time to search and add to the info base. I'd sure like to have a little nose twitch too Tom. Won't be long now. Keep the vigil.
