Your wrong. It is the 4th Fed Funds hike and the 3rd Discount Rate Hike. The first Fed Funds hike was not accompanied by a discount rate hike.

LT, in new era spin it is only the first because the first 3 are not really increases AG merely took back the triple cut from the fall so it doesn't count in bubblenomics -g- besides the rate hikes may not last if a hedge fund gets in trouble again. -g- Mike
