Richard - you seem to think the acquisition is 'good' ("Yes!"). Give me something to hang my hat on. I'm not thrilled at the prospect of Schwab destroying CyberCorp which is what I see them doing. This is a tiny company by comparison & if you add even 100k accts to their platforms, there's no way to do that gracefully. Unlike Schwab, I CAN reach CyberCorp reps on the phone when there are problems. And with their platform & the inherent problems with direct-order-entry software, there are always going to be problems. CyberCorp has a nice little screen in their software they use to communicate issues/problems/etc. as they arise. Schwab, of course, doesn't believe in acknowledging problems. This is going to be a royal pain. I will commence looking at TradeCast, IB and any and all other non-RealTick platforms.
