As a customer, I think this is to little to late. They still charge to much to actively trade. You don't get the discount until after 30 trades in a 3 month period? What a joke!! That is still $500 more then what it costs me on Datek for 30 trades, and it would take too many more trades to make up the difference. Datek has them beat by a mile, IMHO.

This is just a confirmation of my decision to pull my money out of my account and the stock.

Not so great after all.

Discounts only apply after 30 trades a quarter (for $20 a trade) and then after 60 trades a quarter (for $15 a trade).

Funny how the eye reads what it hopes for. I saw it originally as $20 for ALL trades in a quarter if you traded over 30 times in the quarter.

This obviously only benefits high-volume traders and is a complement to the CyberCorp purchase. Well, good, but I can only hope it's the thin edge of the wedge and Schwab will at some point give it to all its customers. This isn't enough to get my trading business out of Datek.

Best wishes,
Tom
