I sold some "young" biotechs to buy VISX at $25+change. I see the ITC has agreed to review the December decision in the action against NIDEK. Also, the I'll be waiting to see what the US Patent Office issues in their review of the VISX patents. Even if they loose the patent rights, the company will still be the premiere laser manufacturer with an established base. It may not be worth the $103 we saw earlier, but I'm sure it is worth more than $25. If they win the patent fights, every player in the near future will be paying this company to operate. They'll have ---- cash coming out of the Whazoooo!!!
