LOS ANGELES, Feb 3, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The board of directors of WorldNet Resources Group (formerly Multimedia Industries Corp.) (OTCBB:MMICE) has issued the following modification to yesterday's release, "Multimedia Industries Corp. Announces Major Acquisition, Reorganization and Name Change": Stephen Brown will not be acting as the President and CEO of WorldNet Resources Group but will remain as the Chairman of the Board. He will continue in his full-time position as CEO of Entertainment Boulevard, Inc. A management team will be implemented shortly.
