i agree with all that "fed watch" is operative. although there is a lot of value in the small bios, and the investing public is adamant about owning stocks, the fed IS worried about inflation.

most of the serious pundits assume we will have 2 more rate hikes. that will take us into the late spring/summer doldrums.

my guess is that we alternate between a trading range and occasional rallys until we slowly taken down by the fed over the next few months.

then, they will LOWER rates and we will be back into rally mode.

just mho.
