Blue Snowshoe, just curious...is it possible for the US to drop a nuke on China anytime we feel like it?

Yes, I am well aware of the Clinton/Gore/Chicom situation.
So is the FBI. As Louis Freeh once testified before the
Senate Foreign Relations Committee: "What is known in the
media (about the Chinese/Whitehouse connection) is only
the tip of the iceberg". I bet the Chicoms are big into
Gore and probably are looking for ways to funnel him some
money for November...
