In my opinion the Fed will raise rates by 1/4 point both
on funds rate and discount rate and will say the economy
is heating up and margin debts are raising rapidly, giving
indication that further tightening will happen. Most likely
stocks will tumble in late afternoon.

But if the FED only raised and gave positive outlook on inflation,
then the market my run ahead. But I am still betting that the
stocks will go down.

Agreed - any meaningful gains in availability should come first in proper training, backup, recovery, etc... Ive seen console operators look for ctrl-alt-del on their Sun and DEC systems.
