There are substantial cross currents and unwinding of pair trades.

See actions in IBM and HWP versus EMC, SUNW and possible other stocks yesterday and today a a great example.

CSCO and NT is another pair unwindng.

I've read where more and more of their borrowing will be in the 1-year. It's something like one-third now. This should be fun for the next president. They'll also be incorporating stock options and other adjustments into the ECI late this year.
