Richard,

They need to have a consistant marketing strategy -
are they targeting the high-end high-price, high
service market? or are they targeting the low
cost, low service, low price market?

The food and service wasn't the tops, but they
charged "high" prices.
They gave too much food in some cases, yet that pizza
was a small one.

Hopefully the new owner will be able to turn it around.
This has been a costly learning experience for me...
I've learned that an investor should be careful
of owning "hot theme restaurants" (those that open
at capacity) after the company rate of growth begins to slow. Eventually, the drop in same store sales
will pull down the overall growth in sales from new store
openings.

Best of luck to all of you!
