A little more on ABN AMRO's research note. They believe Cymer's guidance to analysts of 35-45 percent annual sales growth was too conservative because it was based on the expected demand from first-tier manufacturers only.

--ABN AMRO said it adjusted its earnings model, taking into account the faster-than-previously-expected introduction of its ELS-6000 lasers, lower-than-previously-expected 30 percent tax rate in 2000, and the conversion of convertible subordinated notes into equity in the third quarter.

--It also repeated its share price target of $75.
