Chip, All missions accomplished!! I spoke with Paul yesterday, and discussed where he needed to sign. I assume all went well. Our checking account is now open. All 15 checks were deposited and a check book ordered. 3 of the check's funds will be available immediately, and the other 12 will be available as they clear. Our bank contact will call each of the 12 banks to verify clearance for us. I will be in touch with our brokerage contact early next week to verify her receipt of the forms and to be sure all the necessary forms were correctly signed. I also mailed Paul all but 3 of the Partnership agreements to sign, and he will need to fax one complete copy along with the 3 general partner's signature pages to Jack Carl. Have a great weekend!!
