Schwab paid $ 488 millions for 2,500 Cybercorp customers and a trading software package which is great but not unique...
Philip Berber is a genius, but $ 488 million is too much.

ETrade has ** 2 million young active daytrading customers **

* 2 million *

is it cheap at $ 4.5 billion market cap or not?

I spend about $50k a year with CyberCorp. It's meant only for day traders.

I don't use Cyber but I use MB Trading which is similar. I probably spent nearly 100k on commissions there last year.

It's a whole different genre of trader. The ones who do 50-100 per day.
