Mark,

Relax.

When I stated "he", I was referring to the publication, not Dicky himself. I stand corrected for misinforming you and others on that note.

The actual text is from Dick Davis Digest - 8 - January 31, 2000, and the actual discussion is from another source. It reads in full, from the section "2000 - Top Stock Picks Report Part II" :

"Wireless devices need power, which they take from rechargeable batteries", says Rex Tagasugi (Technical Disciplines, www.infowire.net/td 12 issues $ 225). "It appears that the next generation of batteries beyond lithium ion is the lithium polymer battery. Li-poly batteries are lighter, thinner, provide better performance, have flexible casing, are leak resistant (thus safer) and may even become lower in cost once in full production.

One company that is making Li-poly batteries if Valenced Technology (VLNC 28 3/8 OTC). It has been a research and development company thus far, but has recently signed a couple of solid orders. Although Valence is a small cap stock, it is no fly-by-night operations. On the board is Berg Roberts Jr., Chairman of MCI Worldcom and Alan Shugart, former chairman of Seagate. Valence will certainly have competitors in this field, but their patent portfolio of 215 issued patents should keep them in the running."

That's all he wrote, Mark.

Yours in Investing....
