SW watched it run when they announced the site ... All I was waiting n was this ... That gives them a new outlook for me personally. I prefer to see move up and hold ... then I feel comfortable when the defining and contracts come in.

Just a personal tick I guess. Better than all the flippin rumors and the dang stock goes down. Market is too damgerous right now.

of Directors has authorized a common stock repurchase program with
costs not to exceed $5,250,000. The Company will purchase its common
stock in the open market or in block transactions periodically as it
deems appropriate. On February 1, 2000 the closing price of the
Company's common stock was $ 5.218 per share and the Company had 9,211,
402 shares of Company stock outstanding, excluding treasury stock.
