Rathmann, at 72, has nothing to prove to anyone and, besides, he really is a family man. At the same time, he loves the science. I think ICOS will do very well in the next 5-10 years, but Rathmann doesn't want a full-time job. He'd rather give strategic guidance to a place where he sees the emerging science to be really exciting. I'm holding all my ICOS, but bought a bundle of HYSQ today too--not for trading but for the sheer fun of watching it do exactly what my ICOS has done the past 5 years.
