The CEO at GSPN was previously with Rockwell Semiconductor-
Armando Geday the CEO at GSPN used to run the Rockwell Semiconductor division - the unit that was spun off to become Conexant (CNXT). It was his fault that the management at Rockwell got so pissed off at the division's performance that they wanted to get it off the balance sheet at any cost. He really got a bum rap and there are thousands of stockholders and employees of CNXT that benefited greatly from this corporate move. This goes to show that there are "Chuckies" at Rockwell also. At any rate, Armando must have liked the PAIR technology and he has very likely learned that if you have the opportunity to buy the technology rather than build it - you buy it at any cost and get the advantage of time to market. I think he got a bargain but PAIR made out OK with the stock so far.
