I guess mlynchthelittleguy can't comment about things like opium. : ) If they want it (funding) they'll get it. I guess they have to throw in some semi-valid doubt to 'balance' or justify their position. Good point, and thanks for sharing the opinion. I'm not trying to shoot the messenger (you). Really.

China Unicom is going to do IPO probably in HK and ADR here. Trust me, they will raise all the money they need from the open market and the line of underwriters waiting to give them money. Infra stuff typically get vendor financing. $$$ is the least of China Unicom's worries. Ramsey
