Plan Will Provide a Two Track Approach to Maximizing Shareholder Value

SCANDIA, MN, Jan. 18 /CNW-PRN/ - Phoenix Resources Technologies, Inc.
Symbol: OTCBB:PRTI

Ben Traub , President & CEO of Phoenix Resources Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: PRTI - news), today announced that the Company has officially embarked on a two track corporate strategy to maximize shareholder value.
The company will aggressively market their state-of-the-art web application development software, code named DBPanacea, while simultaneously seeking a buyer for the Company.

But it turns out they don't own this software. Their web site says they have acquired the rights to buy it from the developer:

prti.net

Phoenix Resources Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: PRTI) has acquired the rights to purchase up to 100% of HHPN Development Corp., with operations in San Diego, CA from existing partners John Carter and Ted Strout.
HHPN has development a state of the art software application for rapid deployment of database integrated websites. The software is code named DBPanacea.

A bogus speed test is pasted on their site, making ridiculous claims:

prti.net

It's being touted bigtime. Check out the PRTI thread; they've done this kind of thing several times before. The stock traded at $13 today.
