We got sidetracked onto the spies because you thought we should let in all the foreign "high-tech" workers that Silicon Valley could handle. I pointed out that these are potential spies with the ability to undermine US National Security like never before. Of course, then I proceeded to destroy my own argument by pointing out that the Clinton Administration has for all practical purposes transferred almost all of our secrets abroad anyway, so why bother? -John
