SUN held up pretty well as the NAS dropped. I was able to sell Feb 85 and Feb 90 cov calls, and buy some Feb 75 puts at decent prices. It will take the market some time to digest the implications of the inverted yield curve (which we have currently). I suspect the next couple of months will be weak (which hopefully will slow consumer spending, and longer term force the FED to hike rates only once more). The air still needs to be let out the Net sector I think for broader market to rally from here.

I have pretty much sold most of my stock holdings in Jan on rallies(except a couple of names like SUN and Intel). In the past that has been a sign for further rallies. I do intend to sell naked puts to acquire the names I like if the NAS drops 10% or so.

Regards

Alok
