Me too Harper--I picked this up last yr and tucked it away--could have traded the runs but I like management's track record--patience can be SO rewarding:-)

USTI wants its shareholders to increase the number of shares reserved for issuance under the Company's Stock Option Plan from 12 million to 22 million.
