Hello Bernard, Per minute charging for local calls is dependent on what plan subscribers adopt. Some are based on per minute, some are all you can eat. The rates being charged in Europe which were cited upstream (regardless of who is assessing them, whether it's the ILEC/PTT or the ISP) are not dissimilar to those which Compuserve and Prodigy were charging just a couple of years ago. That comparison might serve to enable us to gauge the lag that exists when evaluating the differences between the N.A. and Europeans in their preparedness to embrace the model. Regards, Frank Coluccio
