CB, that awful lot of Chinese has probably other things on their minds than cell-phones. the majority of them anyway. to get a decent profit out of China is a laborious task. btw, all bounces are 'technical'. fundamental news may be the trigger at times, but i'm certain there was money lurking out there just waiting for a chance to get into QCOM at lower prices.
