Gosh! Too bad you made all that money just when you are moving to Florida. Florida just started a double homestead tax exemption if you are not making more than $20,000.00 per year. You will save on cost of joining a gym. Each house comes with your own shuffle board court in your front yard. Don't worry your neighbors already have a team. :-)LOL Come on down!
