My first thought they could have waited a couple days and let us have our party. My second thought is the large participation by European banks and concerns in this new financing arrangement. It would seem that we can expect more of a presence of LVLT in Europe than I had been aware of. This could turn out to be one of the biggest worldwide networks of fiber, and certainly the biggest using IP technology.
