Did you guys send that letter to all clients? Or it's in the press release.

Now, can you guys lower the commission on CyberTrader trades? :)

I try to hedge my trading with options. Has CyberCorp added option writing to its service yet? Any plans to in light of the take-over? Thank you.

Like many, I have been looking for that "one stop does all" in trading and not found it.

I have been waiting - and waiting, and waiting - for you to get your options trading in place and now have been told that all you are going to allow is "buying puts/calls."

Telling an options trader that is all he can do is like telling a daytrader that all he can do is trader only 10 stocks on the AMEX!

I guess my question would be, "why bother?"

I am also very pissed at the problem with Penson's matching of trades - enough to trade elsewhere until Cyber either puts enough pressure on them to fix the problem or finds someone else to clear through. I am just not going to sit for hours trying to fix their mess when I file my taxes or type each trade into my tax program. Others can get it right - the company that holds itself out as "the professional" in the industry should be able to do the same.

Please tell me these two problems will be fixed in the very near future so I can transfer some funds into my Cyber account.

Dear CyberCorp. I am very concerned about this latest merger with Schwab. I recently left Schwab to open up an account with you folks because you were highly recommended by some friends. I had enough of Schwab's commission gouging and painstakingly slow executions. I daytrade, but it's really not possible with Schwab. That's why I'm now with Cybercorp. My fear is that Schwab may ram down your throat some of their philosophies and bad habits. Where do I go next?? Please don't adopt any of their practices. I feel sort of let down by this latest move. Please advise.
