would guess they have gathered a few more shares since last reported this stock is pretty much at their mercy.

I think it is in heavy accumulation. Due to increased vol. and the lack of movement in the price, it appears to be a controlled accumulation. It's a matter of time this stock will rise.

after reading some of their material (K/Qs), I would attribute the rise in the company's stock to the growth in the Drug Discovery division, which has more than doubled since last year. It's still under 1% of total sales, but at 11MM revs. through 3Q it's not valued with the same premium as other biotech CROs. I have been watching this since mid 30s and don't know what to make of it yet.
