Paul, forgive me for asking a stupid question, but aren't these lagging indicators? I thought you wanted to sell when they rose above 70 and buy below 30 or something similar. I thought above 70 meant overbought and below 30 meant oversold...obviously I don't understand. In a contrarian sense, I would think a drop from the 90's is actually a positive sign in that the semi's are not in overbought territory. Please clarify my misunderstanding.
