I see INPR going to $30+ on a hostile takeover bid.

You're asking the wrong guy; I'm just along for the ride. I know there have been all kinds of opportunities over the last year or two for someone to have bought INPR, for chump change, and no one has.

I'm not sure ANY takeover would be considered hostile, though, particularly at $30+. I think David Miller's points in #4221 were right on target, though, considering the business model and profit margins. These are the critical areas that will determine the future value of the company.
