Winkman & Bull's posts on the fundamentals of NG & Crude supplies is THE story here Winkman - the story is that we will exit Winter in a much, much better position than last year - into still growing demand, with yet low Q1 Cap Ex - drilling activity. We also have easy numbers to beat here thru the end of winter - which is a huge upside driver imo. When we come to the now contraseasonal peak summer demand - we have some euphoric upside for the "entire" year 2000 for NG. per Bull's post on crude: <<Unfortunately, even when this problem is resolved, we may see recurrences as stocks are likely to stay low for the remainder of the winter. The low stock situation is worldwide and is not limited to distillate. It stems from what is happening in the crude oil markets. A continuing crude oil supply shortage is driving crude prices up and causing refiners worldwide to draw down stocks as the higher crude prices squeeze margins. >> Then today - OPEC signaling yet again; that they will not ease:quote.bloomberg.com <<``It's a very nervous market,' said Shelley Mansfield, a broker at ADM Investor Services International Ltd. ``It looks like it will remain in this mode until OPEC's meeting.'>> ... take advantage of this nervousness - buy these E&P's in this environment, or retraces in the likes Of DO & FLC among others; because come post the OPEC March announcement to keep cuts in place: TO THE MOON ALICE ! ...anyone notice the strong 5k, 10K, 20K buys on BSNX ? They aren't chasing, they are buying smart; letting it come down - then buying hard, then seeing where it goes... - load the boat for a hell of a nice bounce play, but give yourself room between buys, to enter in 3-4 buys. Maybe here, 10 7/16, 9 7/8 limits etc - just avg in all the way down. BSNX is very rare here being a very low debt E&P and having strong exploration upside, loved by the analysts, great track record as a strong bounce play - trader - and simply way, way oversold here; a bounce play gift.
