Hope you don't mind. I just have to put my 2c worth re. PTSC since I'll bet I was "invested" in it long before anyone here ever heard of it.

Maybe its ship is finally coming in. However, everything I could find on it looked like deja vu all over again from when I held it about 3/4 years ago, courtesy of Red Chip Review. It was one of RCR's top picks. The ground penetrating radar, the "revolutionary" chip, etc. All there. Except they're still looking for sales and $$$ to stay alive as far as I can tell. ATCO is in the same class with prize-winning technology that hasn't sold in 4 years of trying. Yep. I was in it too--thought it had cool speakers. Of course the only thing it sells are cheap little portable radios.

I don't think it's hyping PTSC if you have info. that can be verified. If it's insider dope, or has to be paid for through your subscription site, that's another case. I understand. After all, if I want, I can plunk down da dough too. Frankly though, I would have been less surprised were you calling PTSC a P&D--perhaps something to trade. But an investment...?

BTW, Red Chip has made some good calls (it was there at the beginning for IOM), but I finally concluded it was mostly lucky on the good calls with a real shotgun approach. Some of the cos it has touted have not only declined, they've gone out of business. In one case, Red Chip reversed itself and gave a private "sell" recommendation to its institutional subscribers. Told us retailers (about $400/year) what the problem was AFTER the stock had already dumped. I was lucky. I got about 2/3 back. Some hung on and got 0. So much for newsletters IMO.

Enjoying the banter here. Pretty much go my own (oddball) way although I REALLY do respect Dale Baker and post there mostly. Before you flame me though, I'd like to stay out of a P-----g contest over who's bad/good. Just trying to make $$$ like the rest of you all here. I did very well last year (who didn't) and doing well so far this year (in apparently a more select group)--although it's gonna be tougher to make dough IMO in y2k. Doing best on short term forays--biggest gains for me this year have been off ELON, NSATF,HWYM. NETP was good for awhile end of last year. I might miss the big moves sometimes, but I also miss the meltdowns too.

I needed a little rest from the frenzy so I sold some stuff today and took profits after the the nice jump the past 2 days. Right now my biggest holding is a jump into HAS at just over 15, a real value w/ some decent upside and limited downside NT--IMO. NSATF and HWYM could really go on a tear even though they've already run some.

BTW I didn't have a problem with your flip/flop on DTSI at all. There was a quick window of opportunity this AM and you jumped. I might have characterized it purely as a day trader phenom off a PR release (reminded me of the stuff that BAAT was always putting out re. their demo car that supposedly got 80 MPG), because the co. looks like a P&D operation to me, but hey, it wouldn't be the first time I went and looked at the fundies AFTER jumping on the momo train. Now, jumping in a second time--that took cajones.

Cheers,
Jim

It appears PTSC is under accumulation pattern. Shooty was the first one to point out this pattern to me on NTPL. Traded along time at 7-7.5 on good volume then broke out.

Must be something up. Not to hype, just noteing a pattern. Anyone concur?

TIA

Mike
