No. According to reports it will be a 400MHz bus.

From what I understand, including a CMP article posted earlier this week:

Bus = either 200 or 400, depending on the "pumping scheme" (double or quad).

2 chipsets. One for desktop, Tehama, and for high end workstations and servers, Colusa. The latter is technically coupled with Foster. Also, there will be some nifty SMP thing from ServerWorks I understand.

Willamette will be a socket design.
