What happens if management maintains a "same old" attitude. I have seen this behaviour exhibited previously by "penny stock" promoter generated Canadian companies. It is extremely unfortunate that the so called VCs (which is an insult to the real VCs of the world)who play the "pump and dump" game with companies like NHC frequently don't change the game even when they could make much more money by aligning with a "real business" model instead of the "pump and dump" model.

It will be very interesting to see whether NHC management can seize this opportunity to become a "real company" with focus rather than the
ship without a port that is reflected in the rear view mirror. Maybe the refusal of the last tranche of "pump and dump" money is a positive sign.

The first concrete sign of definite improvement will be when they can produce investor communication which is clear, unambiguous and at the standard of Turnstone or equal.

My 2 cents Steve, you know that Videotron(VDO-T) were given the status of a CLEC by the CRTC at the beginning of the week which gives them the right to compete against Sympatico(Bell Canada) on the telepnone line...They (VDO) announce yesterday that they were in discussions regarding a business combination...Could NHC be in the cards?Would appreciate your comments as we know that Videotron are very strong in the cable business here in Ontario and Quebec and also in some states of the USA...Comments please?
