Talking about fallen angels, did anyone buy, or does anyones think LGTO might be a buy down here?

The chart is plainly very ugly, but this may just be a terriffic opp in 6 months (or less??), when it retraces at least +50% from its recent highs (or doubles from here).

OT ALK - I own a few shares because it is my favorite airline. What a sad, tragic loss.

It's very sad. What an awful corkscrew plunge into the ocean. A bad way to spend your last few minutes of life.

A few years back ALK ran the funniest ads I've ever seen. They were supposedly testing the seating, food, and sound systems to see how people liked them, and of course they made every situation extreme, you had to see them to appreciate them. I've never had the opportunity to fly them, but friends tell me they are very good.

Airline crashes are infrequent, and kill far less people than auto crashes, but it's the mystery of how they happened and the number of dead people in one place that makes the media froth at the mouth to cover them. The night it happened every station in LA was "covering" the story. Although they had ZERO, I mean ZERO, information to impart, they just kept talking and showing pictures of boats in the ocean. A complete waste of time. I hate media coverage of tragedies where they feel like they can't pull away even though they are saying the same three facts over and over and over and over and . . . .
