PRAV - Paradigm issued a press release stating that they have a Patent similar to QCOM Snaptrack for locating consumers with Wireless phones.

This sounds like an IDC. Your legal perspective is always very welcome.

Thanks

Carter

JGoren, I read the Second Circuit Ct. of Appeals opinion with respect to the FCC's appeal of the fraudulent conveyance/reduction in auction price for Nextwave's C-block spectrum. One way of looking at that opinion is to see it as a roadmap to predict the outcome (via dicta, of course) of any future FCC appeal of the Bankruptcy Court's decisions. As of Monday's ruling that rejects the FCC position on cancellation of the licenses and this statement of the FCC's intent to appeal, that roadmap now becomes relevant.

If you'd like, I can PM, or if the thread deems this kind of discussion as "threadworthy", we can open it up.
