Some where, I believe Ronjo Blue sky, had reported the prefiled debt was paid down 60% on hardlines and 100% on jewelry. This is probably true, because in normal chapter 11 activity, the company would purchase large amount of inventory and never buy from supplier again. If the chapter 11 debtor desires to restock then the supplier can and almost always will ask for some payment towards the old debt.
If it is true, then SVCDQ chapter 11 will be dismissed when the rest of the prefiled debt is paid and the interest in arrears is paid. It may happen sooner than we think.
