So this is very cool ... it shows that Microsoft is right on target in understanding the importance of wireless and what is coming. And they also seem to have a very good understanding of the differences in accessing information and data via a handheld device vs. a PC ... and they are building the software (i.e. browser, etc.) to take advantage of this.

The interesting part of this story is trying to think ... was this mail really "inadvertent" as described? Or did Microsoft want this mail to hit the press for some other reason? Did they make an error in addressing ... or did they want the potential partners to understand who else they are talking to ...

I guess that some day we'll be able to look back and better understand ... or read someone's account of what was really happening ... ;-)
