poet...ot ot ot "cooking talk" "shot across the bowl" they pilfered most of the cream sauces from the northern italians.... did you happen to watch the "bocuse de or" cook off on the food channel..........i find the haute cuisine presentation intimidating.....just give me a bucket, and a loaf of bread.....as long as it tastes good... seriously, i begrudgingly spent enough time in france to appreciate the provencal style of cooking over the elite form....i think the "peasant" cooking of any country is what the mainstream or tourist misses out on....can have great joy wandering down alleys in osaka looking for noodle shops with great bowls of slurpable soba or udon.....or the fish and chip shops in england.....sometimes the best food is the least expensive! jdsu has a chance to quickly run....
