Mike,

You may want to explore Global Crossing's press releases during the belly of 1999 when they announced their intentions to buildout a number of NFL cities using the services of privately-held upstate NY-based Telergy. Telergy, in turn, is contracting to MasTec to do the actual work. Telergy is closely aligned with the larger utilities in the Northeast, primarily, although they are now expanding their reach.

Frank- Would you happen to know anything about Arguss Holdings(sym:ARGX). They really haven't made a six month run up like the other engineering/construction outfits I follow. They generate revenues in the US. So it seems like it might be a good takeout candidate having a measly<vbg> market cap of $200 million and no serious debt level. -MikeM(From Florida)
