I've been looking at LGTO - my understanding is that they have good technology. I have played two stocks that have suffered similar meltdowns - NEON and VRTY.

After the meltdown there are the inevitable penguin dowgrades followed by about 6- 8 weeks of consolidation. Then the upgrades start. Two days ago I noticed VRTY perking up and bought yesterday -- today they were upgraded by Josephthal from Hold to Trading Buy.

Another one to keep a watch on is POWI. They disappointed the street and only "met" earnings. Suffered severely for this miscue although revenue growth looked good. But they have technology in the wireless space that seems promising. The stock has dropped about 30 points off the highs of January and seems to be sitting on support. Entry now may be premature, but one to watch.
