I don't know how the stockholders are going to react to this. I think it's dilutive and massively dilutive, depending on the company and how much debt they have.

ks (prime rate adjust) jumped on the fed funds rate increase pretty quickly yesterday. (within seconds <g>)

Funny you should mention that. I hear Joe Kernan on CNBC mention that they move at the speed of light to raise the Prime Rate when the FED raises, but take MONTHS to lower the rate when the Fed lowers. He was very funny about it, but showed how self-serving banks are in their reaction timeframes.

But we knew that right?
