jb..."what about maintenance" my response would be "what about it?" who cares, it is a specific purpose consumer product, in essence a gift to the union rank and file...hwp has warranty, that is all that matters....it is not a "critical" home work place machine, just there to receive broadcasted e-mail from the ceo....could have been achieved with a hand held appliance or set top box.... i applaud hwp for the sale........guess "mikey" was too busy selling computers in switzerland while "carly" snuck this away from his smiling face... p.s....three years from dell, at twice the machine cost of the hwp unit...."what are you missing" pure economics on a "freebie"......still 325k units out the door and a boost to consumer "in home" brand recognition.
