A good time to get in to the market would be when the congressional hearings are being held on how the stock market manipulation affected the little guy. That looks like a good one. To that, I will add a few more: * One year after the Motley Fools stop their inane radio program with those stupid quiz contests etc. * The number of investment clubs is at least half of what it was at its peak. * Women would rather talk about football than about investing. * And of course, "Business Week" comes up with a gloom-and-doom-for-ever cover article. But then, a good chunk of my portfolio is in Berkshire Hathaway. Maybe I can leave it to good ol' Warren to take the decisions!
